Job summary

Digital Turbine is seeking a Privacy Counsel to serve as a hands-on advisor on global privacy and data protection matters across our platform, product, and partner ecosystem. You will counsel on day-to-day compliance questions, product launches, and commercial deals in a fast-moving, technical environment.

You’ll work closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Ad Operations to embed privacy considerations into how DT builds and ships products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of privacy and data protection law experience, in-house or firm.
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements and advising on controller/processor allocations.
• Strong knowledge of global privacy frameworks (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy).

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day privacy and data protection advisor for DT’s platform, product, and partnerships.
• Advise on privacy-by-design for new features, data flows, and retention.
• Review and negotiate DPAs, transfer mechanisms, and vendor/partner agreements.
