Job summary

DT (Digital Turbine) seeks a Privacy Counsel to serve as the day-to-day advisor on global privacy and data protection laws across its platform, products, and partner ecosystem.

The role requires 4+ years in privacy law, experience negotiating DPAs, and strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. DT offers a hybrid work environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years practicing privacy and data protection law, in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements and advising on controller/processor allocations.
• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day legal advisor on global privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy).
• Support and mature DT's privacy compliance program, notices, and incident management.
• Act as internal consultant to Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Ad Operations on privacy risk and product decisions.
