• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years' marketing or related experience, or 10+ years' experience without a degree.
• Strong ability to analyze market data, pricing trends, and customer behavior.
• Knowledge of pricing processes and negotiation strategies.
• Ability to influence pricing proposals with stakeholders.
• Understanding of cost structures, profit margins, and financial statements.
• Clear and effective communication of pricing strategies to stakeholders.
• Understanding of general sales practices, sales enablement, and channel sales.
• High accuracy in pricing data and decisions to protect profitability.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the US.

• Strategic pricing management: create tailored pricing models for STD, CTO and ETO.
• Market and competitive analysis: gather market pricing data and track trends.
• Pricing analytics and data management: maintain pricing data across products and regions and generate KPIs.
