AMBRION seeks a senior pricing leader to transform pricing into a strategic driver of growth across a global manufacturing business. You will shape vision, build capabilities, and influence decisions that impact margins and competitive positioning.

You will lead a global pricing team, develop value-based pricing, partner with product and finance, and deploy analytics to optimize quotes, discounting, and profitability. The role is based in Minnesota/Twin Cities with on-site relocation supported.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of industrial manufacturing company experience with oversight of a large team.

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global pricing team.
• Define comprehensive value-based pricing architectures and global market positioning strategies.
• Partner with product and finance leaders to optimize margin lifecycles.
• Drive net price realization initiatives using advanced margin waterfall analysis.
• Accelerate commercial quoting speeds and optimize operational deal review workflows.
• Establish global discounting policies and maintain strict internal compliance controls.
• Oversee the strategic integration of advanced enterprise pricing software tools.
• Deploy predictive analytics models, including price, volume, mix, and elasticity.
• Advise business unit leaders on profitable sales growth and strategy.
