Job summary

Canary Technologies is seeking a Pricing & Packaging Manager to own pricing structures, packaging, and market positioning across its product portfolio. You’ll shape pricing models, run competitive analysis, and drive data-backed decisions to maximize revenue.

Collaborating with sales, product, and finance, you will design frameworks, build ROI models, and enable the sales team with compelling pricing narratives and collateral. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced hospitality tech company.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience with at least 3 years focused on pricing strategy, packaging, and monetization.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop hypotheses, test them, and build strategy from results.
• Ability to gather qualitative insights from frontline teams and customers.
• Experience building, maintaining, and improving pricing frameworks.
• Experience developing ROI models and pricing proposals.
• Experience in packaging architecture across multi-product portfolios, AI/hardware-software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain pricing strategy across the full product portfolio.
• Design and evolve packaging to support new logo acquisition and expansion revenue.
• Conduct willingness-to-pay research and market benchmarking regularly.
• Build revenue-impact projections, scenario analysis, and post-change measurements.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and sales to align on pricing decisions.
• Create internal narratives, one-pagers, and training materials for sales.
