Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced VPs of pricing and packaging to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own price elasticity models, willingness-to-pay analyses, and packaging/tiering recommendations, delivering crisp decks and governance spreadsheets for executives.

The role is fully remote, 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, with compensation at $90/hour for a high-impact, flexible engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis with ownership of price elasticity models and packaging/tiering recommendations.
• Advanced fluency in willingness-to-pay analysis, discount governance, and revenue waterfall models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop price elasticity models and packaging tiering recommendations.
• Build revenue waterfall models and discount governance spreadsheets for executive review.
