Nordson Corporation is seeking a Global Pricing Specialist & Business Analyst to drive commercial excellence through pricing governance, CPQ leadership, and data-driven insights across the Electronics Solutions Division.

The role partners with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Finance, IT, and Corporate stakeholders to optimize pricing, master data, and business processes while enabling scalable global growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, Operations or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting pricing, commercial operations, business systems, product management, or related functions.
• Experience with enterprise business systems and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, governance, and execution of global pricing programs, including pricing structures, margin management, pricing factors, and contractual pricing agreements.
• Manage CPQ configurations, data structures, rules, and processes to ensure accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, gross margin reporting, and related business analytics.
• Provide backup support for CRM operations and commercial processes.
