Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst for External Manufacturing Pricing to ensure accurate pricing across NACB, maintaining EM cost cards in Ultron and SAP, and driving quarterly updates aligned with Global Pricing Policy. You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve controls and automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, CS, data analytics, MIS, finance, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in pricing, cost cards, or external manufacturing pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, validation, and maintenance of EM cost cards in Ultron and SAP, including NPD and quarterly pricing updates.
• Partner with Suppliers, Procurement Operations and Portfolio, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Innovation, Costing, Finance, and other stakeholders to obtain pricing inputs and update cost cards.
• Ensure pricing is complete and compliant with Global Pricing Policy and SOAR controls, with required approvals and audit-ready records.
• Own the External Manufacturing Pricing inbox, prioritizing and resolving issues.
• Investigate missing or conflicting pricing inputs and recurring pricing discrepancies.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve processes.
