Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, External Manufacturing Pricing to ensure accurate pricing across NACB. You will maintain EM cost cards in Ultron and SAP, support NPD, and drive quarterly pricing cycles under Global Pricing Policy and SOAR controls.

You will partner across Procurement, Supply Chain, Costing and Finance to validate inputs, automate processes, and strengthen pricing controls while delivering audit-ready records. Remote work available one day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, MIS, Finance, Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 1 year of experience).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain EM cost cards in Ultron and SAP for NPD and quarterly pricing updates.
• Collaborate with Suppliers, Procurement Ops, Portfolio, Supply Planning, and Finance to obtain pricing inputs.
• Ensure pricing is accurate, complete, and compliant with Global Pricing Policy and SOAR controls.
• Manage the External Manufacturing Pricing inbox and coordinate issue resolution.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify pricing risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop scalable solutions with data and technology to improve visibility and controls.
• Provide backup coverage for NACB Direct Materials Pricing Analyst and LSB Pricing Analyst.
