Job summary

You will partner with Product Management, Sales, the global quoting team, and Finance to guide pricing decisions for products across distribution, EMS, and direct OEM channels.

The role emphasizes value-based pricing, governance, and data-driven decision making, with remote work and travel up to 10% as needed to support global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pricing or related leadership roles in semiconductors, electronics.
• Experience building pricing programs, governance, and processes in global tech or components company.
• Strong understanding of component lifecycles, go-to-market, and multi-channel sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern a company-wide pricing strategy aligning with financial goals.
• Own pricing rules in CPQ, ensuring accurate quotes across channels.
• Lead regular pricing reviews with product, sales, and Finance, and report KPIs.
• Drive value-based pricing by market segment and lifecycle stage.
