Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc seeks a Director, Global Customer Repricing to lead the current-customer repricing strategy across sites and regions. You will partner with GAM, Program teams, and Supply Chain to translate customer expectations into actionable repricing and ensure governance, data integrity, and timely execution.

You will develop global models, conduct quote-to-actual reviews, and drive improvements in pricing accuracy, margin, and customer alignment while balancing site-specific

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred for senior pricing leadership.
• 10+ years in pricing, quoting, supply chain, or finance in global manufacturing.
• Experience leading repricing and margin improvement across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead global current-customer repricing strategy and ensure governance.
• Partner with Supply Chain to align material and market assumptions.
• Coordinate with GAM and Program teams to translate requirements into repricing actions.
• Maintain globally consistent repricing models, cost assumptions, and schedules.
• Ensure data inputs, ownership, timing, and approvals across sites.
• Lead quote-to-actual reviews; identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop reporting and metrics on repricing status, margins, and risks.
