Benchmark Electronics seeks a Director, Global Customer Repricing to guide the worldwide repricing strategy. You will partner with GAM and Program teams to align pricing with customer expectations, while coordinating with Supply Chain to ensure accurate assumptions and timely actions across sites.

You will establish global models, conduct quote-to-actual reviews, and drive actions to improve pricing accuracy, margin, and accountability for customer programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pricing, quoting, supply chain, or finance within global manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading repricing and margin-improvement initiatives across sites.

• Lead global current-customer repricing strategy and governance across the business.
• Align material, supplier, and market assumptions with repricing priorities.
• Translate customer expectations and contractual requirements into repricing actions.
• Maintain globally consistent repricing models, cost assumptions, and schedules.

• Lead quote-to-actual reviews and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
