Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Customer Repricing to lead the global repricing strategy for current customers. The role collaborates with Global Account Management, program teams, and supply chain to align commercial priorities, timing, and governance across sites.

You will drive price accuracy, margin improvement, and accountability. You will establish global models, conduct quote-to-actual reviews, and develop actionable insights that support customer commitments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in pricing, quoting, or related operations.
Experience leading current-customer repricing across multiple sites or regions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong financial, cost, and margin analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the global current-customer repricing strategy and standardize practices.
Align material, commodity, supplier, and market assumptions with repricing priorities.
Translate customer expectations and requirements into repricing actions with GAM and Program teams.
Develop globally consistent repricing models, cost assumptions, and review standards.
Coordinate site-level data inputs, timing, and approvals across programs.
Lead quote-to-actual reviews and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Develop reports and KPIs on repricing status, margin impact, and risks.
