Job summary

Abracon is seeking a Director of Global Pricing to build and lead its pricing function. This remote role, ideally based in Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ, partners with Product Management, Sales, and Finance to guide pricing decisions from launch to end of life across channels.

You will drive value-based pricing, establish governance, and implement analytics to strengthen margins while accelerating data-driven decisions. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or related leadership roles in semiconductors, electronic components, or electronics distribution.
• Experience building pricing programs, governance, and commercial processes in a global technology or components company.
• Strong understanding of electronic component lifecycles, go-to-market models, and sales processes.
• Experience with distribution pricing programs and multi-channel models across distribution, EMS, and direct OEM.
• Experience leading price increases and cost pass-through in an inflationary market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a company-wide pricing strategy and governance.
• Own pricing rules in Abracon's CPQ and drive quoted pricing behavior.
• Lead end-to-end price changes including timing, amounts, and cost recovery.
• Build pricing analytics and executive dashboards in Power BI and use data to identify growth and margin opportunities.
• Lead pricing reviews with portfolio, strategic accounts, and major partners, balancing profitability and market position.
