Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Director, Global Customer Repricing to guide the worldwide repricing strategy for current customer programs. You will partner with Global Account Management and Program teams to translate customer needs and contractual changes into actionable pricing actions while aligning with Supply Chain and Finance.

This remote role establishes global models and governance, conducts quote-to-actual reviews, and develops metrics that reveal margin impact, risk, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of pricing, quoting, supply chain, finance, or program management in a global manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading current-customer repricing, cost recovery, quote-to-actual analysis, or margin-improvement initiatives across multiple sites or regions.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global current-customer repricing strategy with governance and consistent execution.
• Partner with GAM and Program teams to translate customer expectations, contractual requirements, and changes into repricing actions.
• Establish and maintain globally consistent repricing models, cost assumptions, methodologies, and review standards.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics to provide visibility on repricing status, margin impact, timing, risks, and unresolved actions; facilitate cross-functional reviews and timely decisions.
• Lead quote-to-actual reviews to compare pricing assumptions with realized material and labor costs; coordinate corrective actions with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, GAM, and Program teams.
