EY Chicago is seeking a Global Pricing CoE Leader to advance EY’s pricing agenda across services, regions, and technologies. You will drive value‑led pricing, monetize strategic opportunities, and accelerate profitable growth by shaping pricing standards and governance.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, influence opportunities, author pricing narratives, and oversee risk management while guiding a high‑performing pricing team in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services or pricing.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional accounting or financial certification preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and pricing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for EY’s global pricing agenda.
• Lead pricing execution, commercialization, and monetization strategies.
• Develop and govern pricing frameworks, standards, and leading practices.
• Collaborate with regional pricing leaders to enable global standards.
• Oversee pursuit economics and pricing risk management.
• Coach and develop the pricing team.
