Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Pricing CoE Leader to advance EY’s pricing agenda through excellence in execution, commercialization and innovation. This role leads value-led pricing for strategic opportunities and supports global standards adoption across regions.

The candidate will drive profitable growth by accelerating win rates, revenue expansion, and margin enhancement while governing pricing frameworks and estates including PINPoint technologies.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification required.
• MBA or Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Business or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in professional services, strategy consulting, investment banking, financial planning & analysis, corporate development, SaaS/cloud commercialization or pricing.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting and associated metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pricing and commercial strategy for global pursuits.
• Build executive relationships to influence pricing and profitability.
• Contribute to AI-first pricing roadmap and tool adoption.
• Shape monetization models and go-to-market strategies for complex offerings.
• Lead governance of pursuit economics, risk, and pricing decisions.
