Job summary

EY seeks a Global Pricing CoE Leader to advance EY’s pricing agenda, driving excellence in pricing execution, monetization, and innovation across complex global pursuits. You will lead commercialization efforts, enable value-led pricing, and shape the firm’s pricing standards, tools, and AI-enabled ecosystem in collaboration with regional leaders.

You will influence opportunity shaping, governance, and risk management while delivering sustainable profitability and client value.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing pricing strategies for large, complex opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pricing governance, standards, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pricing for EY's largest global pursuits from qualification through close.
• Build executive relationships to expand client value and drive growth.
• Contribute to EY’s AI-first pricing technology roadmap and commercialization strategies.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to align global pricing standards and practices.
• Author pricing narratives, templates, and terms to position a holistic value proposition.
