Job summary

EY is seeking the Global Pricing CoE Leader to advance EY’s pricing agenda across services and regions. You will drive value-led pricing, monetize opportunities, and lead AI-enabled pricing initiatives, closely aligning with regional pricing teams and global standards.

You will shape commercialization strategies, governance for pursuit economics, and risk management, while coordinating with regional leaders to scale best practices across EY’s global pricing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelors’ degree or equivalent qualification required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in professional services, strategy consulting, or pricing.
• Experience with pricing, monetization, and commercial strategy across large pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the firm’s largest, most complex global pursuits.
• Build executive relationships to expand client value and profitability.
• Contribute to the firm’s AI-first pricing technology roadmap and governance of pricing tools.
• Shape commercialization strategies and go-to-market approaches for services and technology offerings.
