Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Global Pricing CoE Leader to advance EY’s pricing agenda, drive value-led pricing, and enable scalable, repeatable pricing models. You will influence strategic pursuits across services and regions while guiding governance and standards.

You will partner with regional leaders to align pricing approaches with EY’s growth objectives, contribute to pricing technology roadmaps, and champion adoption of global pricing standards across the firm.

Qualifications

• Understanding of macro and micro economic environment and how trends affect EY client industries.
• Proven track record designing, modelling, shaping and structuring pricing for complex services.
• Experience with pricing strategies including value-based and monetization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pricing and commercialization for large global pursuits.
• Develop and govern pricing standards and AI-enabled pricing initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure global consistency and local applicability.
