Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the global PR&O platform for Professional Relations & Operations. You will own the product vision, global roadmap, investment priorities, and platform operations across the lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to standardize processes while enabling justified local variation.

The role emphasizes risk, compliance, data governance, and responsible AI, with accountability for adoption, value realization, and budget alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in product management, platform management, commercial technology, or enterprise delivery.
• Demonstrated product leadership for global professional-relations or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with enterprise workflow, data, controls, integrations, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define global PR&O product vision, strategy, and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Own prioritization across workflows, operations, data, controls, integrations, reporting, and UX.
• Translate strategy and policy requirements into backlog, release objectives, and capabilities.
• Balance global-standardization with market variation and justify local customization.
• Lead end‑to‑end PR&O product delivery from discovery to adoption and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering to translate priorities into executable plans and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Establish governance, cadence, and acceptance criteria across product teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, privacy, cyber security, data ownership, and risk management are built into the lifecycle.
• Provide leadership for incidents, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
• Drive leadership development and nurturing of delivery teams and contractors.
