Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance.
• Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI; hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the technology strategy for the Global Commercial organization aligned with MedTech goals.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized multi-year product and platform roadmap with value outcomes.
• Provide accountable technology leadership for end-to-end BU outcomes; drive digitalization and AI capabilities across the ecosystem.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Cybersecurity, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Privacy and other functions.
