In this role you will lead end-to-end technology strategy, governance, and delivery across global platforms, ensuring compliant, secure systems while accelerating digitalization and customer/patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems with executive communication and stakeholder partnership.
• Experience with business processes and their interface with foundational technology platforms (ERP, CRM, MES).
• Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the technology strategy for the Global Commercial organization aligned with MedTech goals.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized multi-year product and platform roadmap with value outcomes.
• Develop technology as a competitive advantage—accelerating innovation and go-to-market agility.
• Serve as strategic technology partner to senior leaders; drive transformation and growth.
• Ensure compliant technology budgets and strong cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to accelerate digitalization of processes.
