Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Manager to lead the global Customer Experience Management (CxM) platform for Professional Relations & Operations. This role owns the PR&O product vision, roadmap, investments, delivery across the lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, privacy, finance, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management, platform management, commercial technology, enterprise applications, or technology delivery.
• Demonstrated product leadership for global professional-relations, customer-engagement, CRM, regulated workflow, or comparable enterprise platform.
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflow, data, controls, integrations, reporting, automation, and user-experience capabilities in complex commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PR&O product delivery across discovery, planning, backlog management, release readiness, adoption, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to translate product priorities into executable plans.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across commercial platforms, compliance, privacy, legal, finance, contracting, data, integrations, security, and adjacent CxM capabilities.
• Establish clear decision rights, governance, cadences, escalation paths, and acceptance criteria across product teams and stakeholders.
• Own the PR&O platform budget, resource plan, investment roadmap, forecasts, and financial trade-offs.
