Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, via DePuy Synthes, seeks a Senior Manager, TPO Global CRM to own the global CRM strategy and deliver high-value solutions across regions. You will partner with commercial, digital, and IT teams to align capabilities with business goals and ensure compliant, scalable platforms.

You will lead product ownership, roadmaps, and delivery while driving analytics, AI, and automation to improve engagement and revenue. Global collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global CRM product strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial priorities and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary product owner for CRM platforms, translating business needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
• Partner with global and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure CRM capabilities support sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and analytics needs, and integrations with broader commercial functions (marketing automation, customer data).
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT delivery teams, vendors, and architects to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
• Govern product lifecycle management, including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
• Ensure CRM solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across global markets.
• Track product performance and adoption, using insights to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
• Provide leadership and guidance within the Commercial Technology organization, modeling strong product ownership and stakeholder engagement.
