Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering for enterprise-scale digital products.
• 7+ years as a lead architect or platform engineer.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernization across teams/regions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and security.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Designing reusable APIs, services, SDKs, and frameworks.
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, testing, and observability.
• Experience producing production AI solutions with LLM integration and agent orchestration.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial business processes.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and multi-year technical roadmap for the CXM platform, with accountability for Sales, CPQ, and PR&O.
• Lead development of reusable APIs, services, and tooling; establish patterns for Dynamics configuration and data access.
• Shape AI-enabled workflows and agent orchestration across sales, CPQ, and PR&O; ensure governance and security.
• Provide engineering governance, guardrails, and architectural reviews; align with security, privacy, and policy requirements.
