Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Director, Professional Relations and Operations to lead Global Professional Relations & Operations for the Orthopedics business across NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM. The role will manage end-to-end HCP engagement lifecycle, contracts, invoicing, and transfer-of-value reporting.

You will define global strategy, governance, and systems portfolio, partner with Legal and Compliance, and drive data-driven insights while enabling regional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years in professional relations, HCP engagement operations, or similar roles.
• Proven leadership of global, multi-region programs and standardization.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (event management, CRM, CLM, registration).
• Experience with global rollouts and end-to-end workflows (contracting, invoicing, reporting).
• Strong communication, prioritization, and program delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Define global strategy, operating model, and governance for HCP engagements across four regions.
• Lead NA end-to-end HCP engagement workflow: needs assessment, contracting, onboarding, invoicing, reporting.
• Lead NA Educational Grants and Charitable Contributions workflows with compliance handoffs.
• Oversee global systems portfolio strategy and data-driven analytics.
• Standardize processes, templates, SLAs, and training while enabling regional localization.
• Manage Day-1 readiness for separations and transitions in Orthopedics.
