Deckers Brands is seeking a PR Manager, Performance for Global HOKA Brand Communications. You will lead global PR strategies for performance product launches and brand campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize brand awareness and engagement across markets.

The role emphasizes writing, media relations, and managing global agency partners, with travel for events and activations. Remote work with PST hours; Goleta, California salary range noted.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PR/communications experience, ideally within consumer, performance, or lifestyle brands with global scope; agency or in-house experience welcomed.
• Strong network of media relationships across performance running, fitness, lifestyle, and outdoor verticals; international media experience a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated global PR campaigns from strategy through measurement.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with brand voice and editorial instincts across markets.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated global PR strategies, messaging frameworks, and communications plans for launches and brand initiatives.
• Lead campaign planning, storytelling, and cross-functional alignment with Global Marketing, Product, Sports Marketing, and regional teams.
• Identify media opportunities, partnerships, and activations to drive global brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee media outreach, interview coordination, and press responses across global markets.
• Manage global PR agency network, including direction, campaign execution, and performance.
