Job summary

INNIO is a global energy solutions provider delivering reliable, flexible power systems under Jenbacher and Waukesha brands. The Lead Project Manager will drive end-to-end delivery of 300 MW+ power projects, coordinating engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and field services across multi-site and international settings.

This role focuses on safety, quality, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong customer governance and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale power generation projects (300 MW+).
• Proven track record in EPC/infrastructure project delivery with international scope.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, scheduling, cost and risk management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale power generation projects, including contract handoff, commissioning and final acceptance.
• Own project delivery: safety, quality, schedule, cost, cash, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Direct cross-functional execution across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, field services, and finance.
• Develop and govern execution plans, schedules, risk management, milestones and governance.
• Serve as primary customer interface, leading executive reviews and building trusted relationships.
