Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a Project Planning Expert to develop and monitor detailed schedules for gas engine and large-scale projects. You will coordinate schedules with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and proactive risk management.

This on-site role requires four days per week on the job site and travel domestically and internationally as needed. Strong Primavera P6 and MS Office skills, along with a mechanical or electrical engineering background,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional experience in project scheduling/planning/management.
• Experience in large projects, construction sites or industrial projects.
• Experience in power generation or EPC industries preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience in global/matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel four days/week domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for gas engine and large-scale project execution.
• Develop and manage schedules using Primavera P6, including dependencies, milestones, critical path, and updates.
• Coordinate schedules across internal teams, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Support project milestones, delivery timelines, and customer commitments.
• Identify schedule risks and support mitigation or recovery plans.
• Report progress, deviations, and risks to management and stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional coordination of technical and commercial activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, field services, and customers.
• Assist in continuous improvement of PM processes and tools using KPIs.
