Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue for Power Industry products internationally. You will develop account plans for major OEMs, lead the full sales cycle, and maintain deep technical knowledge to translate customer requirements into solutions.

The role requires 5-7 years of technical sales, experience with key accounts, and up to 30-40% travel. Fluency in English is required, with CRM expertise and strong negotiation skills supporting global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 5-7 years of technical sales and business development experience.
• Experience selling into key accounts and willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Power Industry products internationally through regional strategies.
• Develop and execute account plans for main OEMs in energy sector with senior stakeholders.
• Lead full sales process from lead gen to contract closure including technical presentations and negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets by expanding product lines within accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of relays, RTUs, sensors and related components to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with global teams as the primary contact for key accounts.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and track KPIs to guide decisions.
• Find business partners to expand portfolio with complementary products.
