Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a sales professional to drive revenue growth for Power Industry products internationally and to develop account plans for main OEMs in the energy sector.

You will lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—while maintaining deep technical knowledge of relays, RTUs, and sensors, translating customer requirements into tailored solutions and forecasting performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 5–7 years of technical sales and business development experience.
• Experience selling into key accounts; willing to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Power Industry products internationally.
• Develop and execute account plans for main OEMs in energy sector.
• Lead complete sales process from lead generation to contract closure, including forecasting.
• Maintain deep technical expertise to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and track KPIs.
