Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas, Center Valley, PA, is seeking a Senior Manager, PMS Analytics and Insights to lead a data analytics team and oversee metrics, dashboards and reporting for post-market surveillance and complaint handling. This hybrid role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The role defines data governance, drives automation, and delivers executive insights to guide PMS priorities and risk decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, economics or similar quantitative fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with 4 years of people management in data/analytics projects.
• Financial and business acumen and mindset required.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills with ability to create reports and tools using Excel, pivot tables, queries, equations, etc.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PMS Analytics and Insights team, including direct management of five Data Analysts.
• Own PMS metrics, dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, and business insights for complaint handling and performance.
• Define, maintain, validate, and govern analytics tools, data sets, reporting logic and data definitions.
• Provide workforce balancing models, capacity views, and scenario assessments to support leadership decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into analytics requirements and scalable reporting solutions.
• Manage analytics intake, resources, and cross-functional dependencies while driving automation and self-service reporting.
