JLL is seeking a seasoned PM/PMO professional to lead governance and delivery across the North American commercial portfolio. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership to establish standardized methodologies and tools.

You will track KPIs, conduct health checks, mentor junior staff, and support resource planning while maintaining the PMIS and delivering leadership-grade reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years in commercial construction or project management with proven delivery success.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with experience building client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; PMP/LEED is a plus.

• Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices across all assigned projects.
• Develop and manage project governance frameworks that guide delivery approaches and decision-making.
• Create standardized project documentation templates and tools that streamline execution.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and provide mentorship to junior project team members.
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning across the project portfolio.
• Maintain the PMIS and prepare portfolio-level reports for leadership.
