• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, extensibility, and integration.
• Hands-on with modern engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, containers, observability.

Responsibilities

• Own CXM platform engineering standards and guardrails.
• Define target architecture and multi-year technical roadmaps for CXM.
• Lead reusable APIs, services, and developer tooling across pods.
• Advance AI-enabled workflows with governance, security, and observability.
• Coach engineers and teams, ensuring quality and accountability.
