Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering delivering enterprise-scale digital products and platforms.
• 4+ years as a lead architect or engineering lead with platform scope.
• 2+ years developing and using AI agents and orchestration platforms.
• Experience modernizing large-scale platforms and setting enterprise standards.
• Hands-on with APIs, security, governance, and observability in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for the CXM platform.
• Lead shared service integration and gateway runtimes for scale.
• Build SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms for CXM adoption.
• Develop reusable agent frameworks and governance for AI capabilities.
• Ensure interoperability of Dynamics with enterprise technology ecosystem.
• Define engineering quality metrics for platform reuse and reliability.
