Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer – Sales to lead the CXM platform strategy for Sales experiences from initial release to enterprise scale. You will define architecture, standards, and reusable services enabling a unified, AI-powered customer engagement ecosystem across Dynamics, Teams, and Co-Pilot.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering delivering enterprise-scale digital products and platforms.
• 4+ years as lead architect, principal engineer, or engineering lead for platform architecture/strategy.
• 2+ years developing AI agents and orchestration platforms.
• Experience modernizing large platforms and setting enterprise engineering standards.
• Proven track record building reusable SDKs, frameworks, and developer ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Co-Pilot in a regulated enterprise.
• Experience leading teams including setting goals and career development.

Responsibilities

• Define evolution of the CXM platform for Sales experiences from release to scale.
• Lead shared service integration and full-stack requirements for scale.
• Develop reusable agent frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms.
• Establish enterprise standards for interoperability across AI capabilities.
• Create a catalog of AI services, tools, agents, and business capabilities.
