Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Integrated Planning Leader to unify and govern the firm’s end-to-end planning model globally. This role will define the global planning north star, establish a consistent enterprise-wide planning program, and ensure alignment of strategic priorities, GTM programs, financial targets, and execution across Finance, Markets, Talent, and Operations.

• Proven global leadership experience in integrated planning or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms and data architecture.
• Strong communication and influence with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global integrated planning “north star,” aligning strategy, markets, sectors, service lines, financial planning, talent, and ecosystem priorities.
• Establish a globally consistent planning methodology with clear roles, governance, timelines, and decision rights.
• Coordinate planning across Finance, Clients & Industries, markets, sectors, service lines, and regional leadership teams.
• Lead the global transition to a new integrated planning platform, serving as the business owner for the solution.
• Design, build, and lead a high-performing global integrated planning team across functions and time zones.
