EY in the United States seeks a Global Integrated Planning Leader to design, orchestrate and govern EY's end-to-end planning model. This role unifies strategic, revenue, account and financial planning into one framework aligned to growth and execution.

Reporting to FP&A and COO leaders, you will drive a globally consistent planning cadence and governance across functions. You will lead platform implementation, data insights, and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Markets, Talent

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in finance, strategy, business operations, or transformation with leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA or other professional certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the global integrated planning north star and roadmap across the firm.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Markets, Talent, Operations and Technology.
• Oversee the transition to a new planning platform and drive adoption and governance.
