Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Integrated Planning Leader to design, orchestrate, and govern the firm’s end-to-end planning model globally. This role unifies strategic planning with revenue, account and financial planning into a single framework driving growth.

Reporting to the FP&A and COO leadership, you will define the global north star for planning, lead a cross-functional team across Finance, Markets, Talent, and Technology, and oversee the transition to a new integrated planning platform with

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in finance or strategy leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• CPA or other professional certification beneficial.
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define global integrated planning North Star.
• Coordinate cross-enterprise planning across Finance, Markets, Talent, and Operations.
• Lead growth strategy and performance enablement initiatives.
• Establish governance, cadence and accountability for planning.
• Develop data-enabled insights and decision support.
• Oversee technology platform implementation and adoption.
