Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Integrated Planning Leader to design and govern the firm’s end‑to‑end planning model worldwide. This role unifies strategic, revenue, account, and financial planning into a single framework to align long‑term strategy with market execution.

Reporting to FP&A leadership and the C&I COO, you will drive governance, platform implementation, and cross‑functional coordination across Finance, Markets, Talent, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Proven global leadership experience in integrated planning or cross-enterprise roles.
• Ability to define long-term strategy while driving disciplined near-term execution.
• Strong capability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global integrated planning north star and align strategy across markets and service lines.
• Coordinate planning across Finance, Markets, Talent, and Operations for data-driven forecasts.
• Translate strategy into execution through go-to-market plans and ecosystem programs.
• Establish a unified global planning cadence with clear governance and decision rights.
• Create an insights backbone with dashboards and analytics for rapid decision making.
• Lead the transition to a new planning platform and drive adoption and governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing global planning team across time zones.
• Engage senior executives to align priorities and ownership models.
