EY is seeking a Global Integrated Planning Leader to design, orchestrate, and govern EY’s end‑to‑end integrated planning model globally. You will unify strategic, revenue, and financial planning into one framework, align it with long‑term strategy, and drive growth across the enterprise.

Reporting to FP&A and COO leaders, you will own the platform transition, establish global governance, and build a high‑performing team across time zones, partnering with Finance, Markets, Talent, and Technology

Qualifications

• Leadership & strategy experience in integrated planning or cross‑enterprise roles.
• Ability to define long‑term strategy while driving near‑term execution.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global integrated planning north star and governance.
• Coordinate planning across Finance, Markets, and regions.
• Integrate demand‑ and supply‑side planning for accurate forecasts.
• Lead the platform transition and drive adoption of the new planning tool.
• Establish governance for platform usage and ongoing optimization.
• Build and lead a global planning team across time zones.
