• Experience in global integrated planning or cross-enterprise roles.
• Ability to define long-term strategy while driving near-term execution.
• Strong ability to navigate matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the firm-wide integrated planning model.
• Lead cross-enterprise orchestration across Finance, Markets, Talent, Operations and Tech.
• Define global planning north star and governance cadence.
• Oversee data, insights and decision-support including dashboards and forecasting.
