Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Integrated Planning Leader to design and govern EY's end-to-end planning model worldwide. This role unifies strategic, revenue, and financial planning into a single framework, aligning long-term strategy with market execution.

Reporting to FP&A CFO and Global C&I COO, you will own the global planning north star and drive enterprise-wide adoption. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure data-driven insights, and oversee a transition to a new planning platform

Qualifications

Proven global leadership in integrated planning, strategic planning, or cross-enterprise roles.
Strong forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance management.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence.
Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and align diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Define the global integrated planning north star and governance.
Coordinate cross-enterprise planning across Finance, Markets, Talent, Ops, and Regions.
Lead the transition to a new integrated planning platform and drive adoption.
Establish cadence and reporting for visibility into risks, opportunities, and dependencies.
Embed data-driven insights, dashboards, and scenario planning into planning cycles.
Coach and develop the global planning team across time zones.
