Reporting to senior FP&A and C&I leaders, you will drive a worldwide planning program, oversee technology enablement, and lead a high‑performance team across time zones while partnering withFinance, Markets, Talent and Technology.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in finance, strategy, business operations, or transformation roles with leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA or other professional certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global integrated planning north star, aligning strategy, markets, and financial planning.
• Coordinate planning across finance, markets, and cross‑functional leadership teams.
• Lead the transition to a new integrated planning platform and govern data, dashboards, and forecasts.
