Job summary

Roche in Indianapolis seeks a Head of Global Planning Processes DSC to shape and harmonize planning across Demand Planning, Distribution-Requirement, Deployment, MRP, and Intercompany Supply Chain networks worldwide. You will lead enterprise-wide process design initiatives aligned to divisional goals and the ASPIRE program, driving digital innovation.

You will manage a 10–15 person multinational team across Mannheim, Indianapolis, and Rotkreuz, promoting continuous learning and high performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven executive stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong change management methodologies; BPM certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision for state-of-the-art process design across Demand Planning, Distribution-Requirement, Deployment, MRP, and Intercompany Supply Chain networks globally.
• Serve as the global design authority to align planning processes with long-term divisional objectives and the ASPIRE framework.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing international team of 10–15 professionals across Mannheim, Indianapolis, and Rotkreuz.
• Direct the global process portfolio and champion standardization and business acceptance of next-generation ERP ecosystems (SAP/OMP).
