The Director of Global Planning is responsible for leading activities related to demand planning, production planning, inventory control, and material planning within Spellman High Voltage Electronics. You will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You are a proven leader of senior leaders, inspiring teams to deliver best in class results. You are accountable for and lead multiple, highly complex projects. You will lead Planning strategy & vision and drive execution to enable business value and productivity. Continuously improving planning processes to drive better business results. Our good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $161,000 to $226,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a highly competitive benefits package.
