Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Ten years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, eCommerce, retail media or related commercial marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3M Consumer Business Group’s retail media value roadmap and identify opportunities to drive profitable growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Insights and agency teams to improve investment decisions and optimize media performance.
• Establish retail media standards, governance, and agency accountability frameworks to improve execution quality.
• Build measurement approaches, dashboards, decision tools, and advanced analytics capabilities to support data‑driven media and commercial decisions.
• Develop organizational capability through training, coaching, and adoption of retail media best practices across brands, accounts, and markets.
