Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Integrated Marketing Specialist to translate growth strategies into integrated marketing plans and manage campaigns across brands, media, shopper marketing, and eCommerce. You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze data for optimization, and ensure brand and privacy compliance.

This on-site role in Maplewood, MN involves collaboration with global partners and may include travel. Ideal candidates have a strong background in integrated marketing and project leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Five (5) years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, eCommerce, customer marketing, or related commercial roles in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Three (3) years of project management experience leading multiple projects and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translating approved growth strategies into integrated marketing plans, activation requirements, timelines, and measurement plans.
• Leading day-to-day execution of assigned marketing programs and campaigns across brands, media, shopper marketing, eCommerce, content, and sales enablement channels.
• Analyzing consumer, customer, channel, and performance data to identify opportunities and drive optimization recommendations.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, agencies, and market partners to deliver high-quality marketing activation and execution.
• Ensuring marketing activities are consumer-centered, commercially grounded, and compliant with brand, legal, privacy, and corporate requirements.
• Capture learning, identify repeatable practices and recommend what should be optimized, repeated, adapted or discontinued.
