Job summary

3M is seeking a Director Global Integrated Marketing in Maplewood, MN to drive medium-to-long-term demand-generation strategies across portfolios and regions. You will lead cross-functional teams and influence business strategy through analytics and integrated marketing systems.

The role requires extensive experience in marketing leadership, transformation initiatives, and the ability to guide senior executives on growth opportunities. On-site role with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years in marketing, brand management, integrated marketing or related fields.
• 7+ years leading brands, portfolios, regions or global marketing initiatives with measurable impact.
• 5+ years leading managers/senior professionals in a complex matrix.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead medium-to-long-term integrated demand-generation strategies for significant portfolios, categories, regions, or global growth priorities.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and influence business strategy using consumer, market, competitive analysis.
• Design and scale integrated marketing systems including audience strategies, channels, content ecosystems, and measurement.
• Lead marketing investment decisions and resource prioritization to maximize impact.
• Direct integrated execution through cross-functional teams and senior leaders across functions.
• Partner with global and regional teams to test, validate, and scale capabilities.
• Translate performance insights into scalable standards and future growth opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and coach managers and senior professionals; build organizational capability.
